Why Choose Corporate Yoga

Adding yoga to your organization’s wellness plan reduces stress, promotes team building, and establishes a good work life balance. Yoga incorporates postures, meditation and breathing techniques that help reduce stress and promote relaxation. A less stressed employee and workforce is more productive and happy at work. Having work life balance is important in managing stress and reducing risk of illness. Studies have shown that increased stress levels weaken our immune system and make us more susceptible to colds, headaches, and even muscle injury. Even more startlingly news on stress, according to Mental Health America, is chronic stress doubles the risk of having a heart attack.

About My Classes

I provide on-site yoga classes to corporations, small businesses, non-profits, universities and other organizations in the St. Petersburg and Tampa area. I offer on-site classes in the mornings, during business hours and evenings. My classes are accessible to all levels of students, regardless of age or fitness level.

What You’ll Need

Ideally we need a room large enough to fit the expected number of students and their mats. That’s about about 2 feet wide and 6 feet long or 21 square feet per person. Participating students will need a yoga mat, towel and water. Yoga blocks and straps are recommended for some students. I can also supply all the mats and props for the class.
