Aiyana Fraley Yoga & Massage & Hand to Soul LLC reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the training not practical. If we cancel an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a training, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same or other training at the new, future date.
In the case of inclement weather such as a tropical storm, hurricane, storm watch etc., we follow the recommendations of the Florida governor and will cancel the event or postpone it. We do not want to put anyone in harms way and will steer on the safe side. We understand that emergencies can happen and in such cases we will give a refund.
We depend on your enrollment to book rental space for trainings. Full refunds for other reasons not listed here are given up to 10 days prior to the training and/or at the discretion of the company. This policy reflects events hosted by Aiyana Fraley Yoga & Massage and Hand to Soul LLC in St. Petersburg locations (Peace of Yoga and The Metta Center of St. Petersburg). Other locations and/or studios hosting our events have their own refund policies outside of our control.
