Essential Oil Diffuser Blend That Bring The Beach To You

Essential Oil diffuser blends for summer

Summers to me means sandy feet, sun kissed skin and gorgeous beachside sunsets. I love the saltiness on my skin after a swim in the ocean and the sounds of seagulls in the distance. I even love the summer showers we get here in Florida that make cuddling on the couch so yummy.

My summers are calmer in terms of work, which allows me to spend more of my down time in my sacred space I’ve created at home. I have a beautiful altar with totems and photos of my family and loved ones, I have my full-moon charged crystals, and my essential oils. I’ve created six diffuser blends this summer that include uplifting citrus aromas and sensuous ylang ylang. These are the scents of summer that bring feelings of nostalgia, peace and happiness in my life.

Each blend has its own beautiful aroma and energy that bring me to a calm and peaceful place. Even when I am working from home, I can still enjoy the summertime breeze as if I were sitting seaside. They help me relax and they put me in a great mood. I am sharing them with you and hope you enjoy feeling the bliss of summer in your home, office or wherever you go.

These blends are made to be used in an essential oil diffuser. If you fall in love with them, follow the recipe at the bottom of the post to make a roller ball you can apply like a perfume. Be cautious of using any citrus oils and exposing yourself to the sun. Citrus oils are photosensitive and should not be used topically if you plan on getting sun exposure as they can cause sunburns. The rule of thumb is avoid sun exposure for a minimum of 12 hours after using citrus oils topically. As always, email me your questions and post your comments. I would love to hear what you think about these blends and if you have any of your own that you would like to share with me.
