Welcome

I am excited that you landed here. Let me be the first to welcome and congratulate you on taking ownership of your health and wellness. On this page, I will share with you how we can work together to reach your mind, body and spirit goals. But first let me tell you what my idea of health is.

What I Believe

Health is harmony in the mind, body and spirit. Health is when our soul and body are aligned and our mind is receptive and calm. I believe health begins in our energy field. The healthier our aura, electromagnetic field that emits from our body, is the healthier our physical body. When we have an energetic imbalance that is unresolved and lingers in our energy field, it will attach itself to our physical body and manifest as an illness, chronic pain, or other conditions. My sessions are aimed at balancing your energy through Thai bodywork, massage, reiki and other holistic treatments and by doing so your body returns to balance in that state of balance it can heal itself.

What I Can Offer You

We all need a time out from our hectic schedules, demanding jobs, and all other stressful situations that arise. We need to give our bodies time to refuel just as much as we need to provide peace for our minds.

I provide healing services that not only pamper your body and help you get away from the stress of everyday life, but also promote deep healing on all levels of your being. You’ll leave with a smile on your face, feeling more balanced and with a bounce in your step.

A Little About Me and What I Do

I am dedicated to the healing arts. I have spent the last two decades studying and practicing massage, healing and yoga and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. This is my path and I embrace it with open arms. I continue to learn and deepen my knowledge in the healing arts by taking trainings and workshops yearly.

I have studied with spiritual leaders in the reiki and Thai massage field, as well as yoga. I am certified in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Hatha & Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. I am an approved Yoga Alliance educator with over 2500 hours of teaching experience. I am also an approved continuing education provider for massage therapists and have been educating professionals in my field for the last three years.

What to Expect

As your holistic healer, I will listen to your needs, tailor each session to meet your goals, and give you my full presence and dedication to bring balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. My services page has a list and description of all the services I provide, but don’t let this limit what you can receive in a healing session. I often mix and match services. It’s best to have a short conversation at time of scheduling or a day before your session, so I can prepare the products and set up your treatment accordingly.

My Small Business

I am a solo practitioner. I do it all including answering emails and calls, updating my website, scheduling workshops, washing sheets, taking payments, and taking out the trash. I run a small business in several locations and I am often in and out around St. Petersburg and Tampa. If you contact me and I don’t answer right away, please allow for 1 – 3 days for a response. I am likely in a service, teaching or with my toddler, I will get back to you as soon as I can. Once you are an established client and we are working together regularly, I make myself available to you to discuss your concerns, spiritual awareness or anything else related to your personal wellness.

For Best Results

I have been doing this a while and from my experience I can say that if you’re serious about your mind, body, and spirit wellness a monthly visit is a minimum for maintenance. A 90-minute session is generally speaking the right amount of time for almost anyone. One hour sessions will do good, but it is amazing what an extra 30 minutes of time can do for you.

I recommend scheduling 90-minute sessions monthly or bimonthly for optimum health.

The stress factors in your life will determine how frequent your visits should be. When you’re working through a health or emotional concern, more frequent visits like weekly or biweekly are best for the short term. Once you are feeling better, we can move into monthly or bimonthly visits for maintenance.

Cancellations

Please read this carefully. I understand that last minute emergencies happen or we have a change of plans and need to cancel or reschedule. No worries if this occurs, please notify me of the emergency or schedule change as soon as possible. If you don’t call and simply don’t show up to your appointment, there are no refunds or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. Please be mindful that no shows take time away from others who really need it.

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy and a pre-pay booking system. If you cancel before 24-hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be refunded or can use it for a future appointment. Cancellations made after 24-hours are not guaranteed. No shows for appointments do not receive refunds. If you have no showed to more than one appointment, I will not take you on as a client. In my experience clients who frequently cancel, reschedule or who no-show to appointments are not committed to their wellness journey and that’s okay, I may not be the person for you right now.

Confidentiality

I take very seriously our time together and what is shared in the treatment room. Client confidentiality is of the utmost importance to me. What is disclosed in verbal or written communication remains between us as required by law and by my personal ethical standards. I do not voluntarily give your information away and this includes your contact information, medical history or other unless I am obliged to by law – which has never happened in my career.

Misconduct

I uphold the laws and ethics set forth by the state Department of Health and Board of Massage. Sexual behavior or innuendo is not tolerated under any circumstance. Any inappropriate behavior will be reported and legal action pursued. I have the right to refuse clients.
